We will meet at the Rooney Road Trailhead for Green Mountain. Use this link if you're not familiar with this location. Meet in the parking lot at 5:30 then head out from there.
This trailhead has plenty of parking and includes a bathroom.

From the parking lot, we'll cross the bridge over 470 and then head southeast on the trail. This section is kid friendly and smooth without a great deal of climbing.
Although there are some fun little (nothing big) ups and downs, the trail stays relatively flat. We'll be following the southwest side of the base of Green Mountain through open fields.
